How long does it take to receive my products from SoothingPalmSknCare?
- All products are made to order at the time of purchase. Order creation, processing, fulfillment, and shipping takes a total of 2 weeks from date of purchase
When will I receive my tracking number?
- Tracking numbers will be sent out after the package has been shipped. Please allow 2-3 days for tracking information to update
Is the Turmeric glow bar made for face and body?
- Yes, it is safe for face and body, however every case is different so if you start to feel any skin irritation please stop usage and consult with your doctor
Are your products safe for all skin types?
- Yes our products are made with vegan ingredients that are suitable for all skin types, but every case is different. If you feel irritation, or discomfort please stop use and consult with your doctor
I am pregnant, am I able to use SoothingPalmsSkn Care products?
- Yes but all skin types and cases are different so please consult with your doctor prior to use
Where can I submit progress photos?
- Please submit all progress photos to our email @ soothingpalmsskc@gmail.com
Do you ship to my country?
- We currently only ship to the US
Will my body scrub or body butter arrive melted due to the heat in summer months?
- Its very unlikely, although if your product does arrive melted please stir your product and place in fridge for 2-3 hrs. Please reach out to us if you are not satisfied!
